School Desk Coffee Table
This old primary school desk has been carefully cleaned, stripped, hand painted and protected to give it a new life as a unqiue coffee table with storage.
There are two lids within the desk providing some inbuilt storage. The brass inkwell panel has been cleaned, providing a lovely piece of detail from its previous life.
The table top has been sanded smooth and protected with a top of the range, satin finish oil & wax hybrid. Giving it a high level of protection and a smooth finish, and allowing some of the original marks to remain visible. The body of the table has been painted in stunning, vivid colours to match the unique marks of the table top. It has been sealed with a satin varnish.
